As your digital forwarding partner, we at Freightwalla offer our own online portal for you to get quotes, place your booking, upload and finalize documents like SI and BL first print, and invoicing, along with a host of other features.

While most tech-enabled freight services providers offer freight discovery and basic booking functionality through digital platforms, Freightwalla offers a full stack of logistics services including instant rate discovery, a digital freight booking, and management platform, and end-to-end logistics services with the help of our global network of partners. Most of these platforms find rates through other forwarders, while Freightwalla directly partners with international shipping lines to give you greater visibility and control over your shipments.

With Freightwalla’s costing and planning feature, you can plan and book ocean freight from shipments from all ports across India, especially for ports in west India. As part of our services we support FCL shipments for both import as well as export shipments to and from India.

We are currently in the process of registering with the FMC (Federal Maritime Commission) which will allow us to show all US port rates on our portal. Until then, we can share quotations for all US ports offline with the help of our shipping partners in the US.

While we currently do not offer cross-country rates on our portal, we can surely quote you for all shipments between non-Indian ports.

Yes, we do offer air freight rates for international shippers on a case-by-case basis.

Flat Rack/Open Top are special containers and the dimensions of every consignment would differ from case to case and would be subject to approval from the shipping lines. Hence we only support custom enquiries on a case-by-case basis.

We will soon be incorporating the reefer rates feature on our portal.

The rates displayed on the portal are normal FAK/tariff rates. However, we can also negotiate depending on volume and type of commodities.

We always keep all our customers updated about their shipment status for all major milestones on our portal for all bookings done with us. We have partnered and integrated with major shipping lines, NVOCCs, as well as transport providers to offer you ocean as well as inland cargo tracking.

Yes, we provide 24x7 tracking and notifications for your transhipment status on our portal.

All necessary documentation including Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (BL), packing list, and others can be uploaded to, stored on, and accessed from the Freightwalla platform.

All your documents are retained for lifetime and can be deleted or removed upon request. You will be able to see all documents updated on a daily basis on our portal and will also receive notifications via email.

If your account becomes inactive, you can find all your documents intact whenever you log in again by activating your account.

You will be required to create separate accounts for separate companies to match with different IEC codes and GST numbers. However, for a single company operating in multiple states, we can have multiple user IDs created under the same account.

You can have multiple users & multiple admins created under one account who can use the platform to manage bookings.

While our platform is a convenient, centralized tool to help you with your shipments, we also have a dedicated customer service team to ensure that we provide high quality support and service in the best way possible.

Yes, we can manage all your shipment-related activities, such as placing the booking on your behalf, handling your entire documentation, and managing all your logistics operations from port to port with any shipping line, for a nominal fee.

We have partnered with a number of warehousing and logistics partners who can help you with your dock-stuffing needs.

Yes, we offer a range of pre-shipment services such as:

• Cargo testing to ensure your goods comply with quality and regulatory standards
• Pre-trip inspection to ensure your inland transportation vehicles are efficient and well-maintained
• Pre-trip container survey to ensure that the container meets all the technical requirements to hold your cargo

The platform is free to use for a limited period when you use it for placing and managing your bookings. If you want to use the portal only to check the rates, you can get a three-month or one-year subscription for a nominal fee.

We generally do not offer credit, but since we believe in empowering our clients we offer other services like trade finance. Contact us to know more about the same.

We charge a fixed nominal amount per container for our service (in addition to the provider fees).
